“Abuela Irene's” Guacamole

Ingredients

• 2 ripe avocados

• 1/4 small white onion (finely chopped)

• Pinch of dried oregano

• Salt to taste

Peel avocados and mash with fork. Mix in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
