Crunch Chicken Nachos
Loaded chicken nachos made better with Mi Niña Sea Salt Made with Olive Oil Tortilla Chips, melty cheese, and lime crema.
Ingredients:
For Nachos:
- Mi Niña Sea Salt Made with Olive Oil Tortilla Chips
- 2-3 cups cooked chicken bites (air fried + chopped)
- ½ cup-1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 3-4 green onions, sliced
For Lime Crema:
- ½ cup sour cream
- The juice of 1 lime
- 1-2 additional tbsp finely chopped cilantro and a pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Layer Mi Niña tortilla chips on a sheet pan.
2. Top with (cooked) chopped chicken and shredded cheese.
3. Bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
4. While cooking, make crema by whisking together all lime crema ingredients.
5. Once nachos are cooked, remove from oven and drizzle crema over the warm nachos. Finish by topping with cilantro and green onions. Enjoy!
