Have you changed your recipe, oil, or packaging?

We have not made recent intentional changes to our core recipes. Minor differences in taste or texture can occur due to natural ingredient variation, production conditions, or storage.

Are Mi Niña chips fried or baked?

Our process includes baking tortillas and then frying them to achieve the final texture and flavor.

Are Mi Niña chips safe for people with food allergies?

Mi Niña chips are made with simple ingredients, and corn is naturally gluten-free. Individuals with food allergies should always review the ingredient statement on each package and consult a healthcare professional if needed. Manufacturing environments follow food safety practices, but cross-contact cannot be fully ruled out. If you have a severe allergy and need additional reassurance, please contact us directly.

Why is the best-by date hard to read?

We understand this concern and appreciate the feedback. Improving date visibility is something we continue to review as part of our packaging quality efforts.

Why does the store locator show products that aren’t in stock?

Retail inventory changes frequently. While we work to keep our store locator updated, availability may vary by location and timing.

How do I choose flavors in a variety pack?

When you click “add to cart”, there will be an “Order Special Instructions” textbox, there you can write in the flavors you’d like in your variety pack!

Do you sell larger bags or small snack packs?

We currently offer 12 oz bags, 1.5 oz snack bags (availability varies), and online cases and variety packs. We regularly review customer feedback when considering new sizes and formats.

How should I store chips after opening?

For best freshness, reseal the bag tightly or transfer chips to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid heat and humidity.
