At Mi Niña, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because we produce food items, we are limited in what we can accept as returns. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we will always make it right if something isn’t as it should be.
Food & Perishable Products
Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened or unopened food products.
If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:
- Product arrived damaged
- Packaging was compromised
- Product appears spoiled or defective
- Incorrect item received
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- A photo of the product and packaging
- Your order number (if purchased online)
- The store location and date of purchase (if purchased in-store)
In most cases, we will offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to your original form of payment
Non-Perishable Merchandise
For non-food merchandise (apparel, accessories, etc.):
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
