Queso Blanco
Dip into warm queso blanco with crispy Mi Niña Pico de Gallo Chips for an easy crowd favorite.
Ingredients:
- Mi Niña Pico de Gallo Tortilla Chips
- 8 oz white American cheese, cubed
- 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp diced jalapeño
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of cayenne
- ¼ cup chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions:
1. Add cheese, heavy cream, jalapeño, cumin, garlic, and cayenne to a pot.
2. Cook on low, stirring until smooth.
3. Top with tomato + cilantro, serve warm, and dig in!
